This full length documentary follows several Ethiopian women and illustrates their struggles and victories over fistula. It is a heart wrenching glimpse into the stigma and rejection caused by fistula. There are tens of thousands of women suffering from fistula due to lack of sufficient medical care in Ethiopia and around the world.

A Walk to Beautiful was emotional, educational and beautiful. Thank you for sharing this with us. We are happy to know that Acacia Village will play a part in helping these women. Although often sad, it is special to have a glimpse into their lives. The Ethiopian women’s strength and resolve is so evident in this documentary. I would recommend it to others.
I heard about this a couple of years ago….it is something that makes my heart ache… I will definetely be praying for the girls and women that are suffering from this and for the development of ACACIA VILLAGE! What a wonderful place this will be for them to go to!
